Tuesday and Thursday daytime Gracie Combatives classes are both at noon-1pm. Hopefully this will help decrease confusion around class times and what class is when
Adam has been coaching martial arts and fitness since 1999, with over 25 years of hands-on experience in Boxing, Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Mixed Martial Arts. He is known for his deep technical knowledge, approachable demeanour, and passion for helping people unlock their potential.
As both owner and head coach, Adam leads programs for adults, kids, and teens. He has a natural talent for connecting with younger students, creating a fun, structured environment where they can build confidence, discipline, and resilience—on and off the mats. Adam is especially gifted at making newcomers feel at ease, no matter their age or background. His friendly, inclusive coaching style helps students—both men and women—feel welcomed, supported, and empowered from their very first class.
His favorite part of coaching is watching people accomplish things they never thought possible, and then witnessing how that mindset shift impacts every area of their lives. Whether you’re just starting your journey or looking to level up your skills, Adam brings the experience, positivity, and leadership to help you succeed.
Coach Jochem has been training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu since 2011, He received his black belt in 2024 from Professor Don Whitefield. Jochem is an outstanding coach who wants to spread his love of Jiu Jitsu.
